Troy Pierce just left Richie Hawtin's label to start his own label with Magda and Marc Houle and then has another label called Louderbach on top of that. The man has packed out clubs in over 30 countries and hasn't slowed down one bit. He goes from headlining major festivals to playing more intimate and underground parties. He has toured the world, released EP's and Albums under the hottest and biggest labels in Techno and is going to bring that unforgettable sound to The Sands!

Francis Harris is a Brooklyn native and has released over 50 EP's and has played with some of the best and sickest DJ's in underground House Music. He has played all over the world and has collaborated with M.A.N.D.Y and Anthony Collins to start his own label with a Brooklyn record shop owner. He frequents Cielo regularly and also pairs up with Anthony Collins to form Frank & Tony. He has a diversified style and is always a crowd pleaser who never dissapoints.
